1. General Terms

These terms and conditions apply to your use of DJEMBESOLO's website. Our website offers products and services that are subject to these terms. The use of our services and placing an order confirms that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. Do not use our website if you disagree with any of these terms.

2. Pricing and Products

Our websites, djembesolo.com, clearly list the products and services we offer. Prices are displayed in euros, including VAT, where applicable. DJEMBESOLO reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Your order will be charged the price indicated on the website at the time of purchase.

3. Payment and Withdrawal

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item or gaining access to your course(s) to request a return/refund. 

To be eligible for a return, the item shipped must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Warranty and Returns

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

There is no warranty for instruments that are broken as a result of inappropriate use. If the skin breaks within three months, we will replace it for free. As an alternative, we are happy to replace the skin and send the instrument back if the buyer pays for shipping. Both shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period 
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

5. Data Privacy

According to French law on data protection, DJEMBESOLO customers have the right to access and correct their personal information. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us at [email protected] to exert this right.

6. Dispute Resolution

French law will apply to any disputes regarding the interpretation or execution of these terms. A customer has the option to seek resolution through consumer mediation before deciding to take legal action. The French Commercial Court of Nîmes will be contacted if an amicable solution cannot be reached.

7. Limited stock and pre-orders

We have a very limited stock, and we encourage clients to leave their email address to be notified when the model they are interested in becomes available. To ensure your ranking in the queue, you can pay 40% of the price upfront. There would be a waiting period of less than three months. If the instrument isn't shipped within three months and no rescheduled shipping date is agreed upon by both parties, the 40% deposit will be refunded.
