These terms and conditions govern the use of the DJEMBESOLO website and its services. By accessing the website, purchasing a course, or subscribing to the membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website.

2. Pricing and Products

DJEMBESOLO provides online educational content, including standalone courses (FOUNDATIONS), the PATTERNS archive, and a MEMBERSHIP program. All prices are displayed in euros and include VAT where applicable. DJEMBESOLO reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Orders are charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

3. Access to Digital Content

Upon purchase or subscription, access to digital content is granted immediately. Access durations are defined on each product page and are intentionally limited to encourage progression, understanding, and completion of the material, rather than long-term accumulation.

4. Refund Policy (Digital Products)

DJEMBESOLO offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on digital products. You may request a refund within 30 days of gaining access to a course or membership, provided the request complies with the conditions described on the website. To request a refund, please contact: [email protected]

5. Physical Products (Instruments)

Occasionally, physical instruments may be offered through a separate Shopify store integrated into the website. Sales of physical products are governed by their own specific terms and conditions, which are presented at checkout on the Shopify store and apply exclusively to those purchases. DJEMBESOLO digital product terms do not apply to physical instrument sales.

6. Data Privacy

In accordance with French data protection laws, users have the right to access, modify, or request deletion of their personal data. For any request related to personal data, please contact: [email protected]

7. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the user may seek an amicable resolution through consumer mediation before taking legal action. If no amicable solution is found, the competent court will be the Commercial Court of Nîmes (France).

8. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website and its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
